Padimunu is a haven of tranquility. Padimunu or Thirteen in Tamil is a luxurious villa with a grand entrance that leads into an inner courtyard with a swimming pool and a wide open terrace that offers picturesque views of the 24 acre garden. In the distance, far below, is a winding tributary of the river Mandovi. Peacocks stroll through the garden and numerous birds flirt through the trees and flowers that surround the villa.
The perimeter rooms follow a covered walkway. There’s a large kitchen, 3 double ensuite bedrooms and a large open plan living and dining room and open terrace. An intimate sitting space leads into 1 double bedroom, while a small meditation room opens into the 2nd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom opens into a tropical garden.
