Terms and Conditions

1. Luxury Goa Villas acts as an agent for property owners and tenants. We process all client enquires and administer the booking procedure.

2. Most villas can be rented for a minimum period of one week.

3. For part weeks thereafter the rate is calculated on a pro rata basis.

4. Where a rental period spans two pricing seasons the price prevailing for the majority of the week is the price that will be applied for the entire week.

5. A booking can only be confirmed upon receipt of a non refundable deposit equal to 30% of the total rental cost.

6. We will allow 7 working days from the date of your reservation for payment to reach us, after which we may release your reservation.

7. The full balance is due no later than 10 weeks prior to arrival at the property.

8. Bookings made within 10 weeks of arrival must be paid for in full.

9. If the balance is not paid within ten weeks prior to arrival we reserve the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is non refundable.

10. Cancellation charges:
      70 days prior to arrival - deposit only
      36-69 days prior to arrival - 50%
      35 days prior to arrival - 100%

11. If the cancellation of a booking or any loss or damage arises due to force majeure such as acts of God, strikes, industrial actions, war, government actions, etc. If there is any loss due to erratic water and/or electricity supply or damages caused on account of the above we shall not be made liable.

12. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your reservation we shall make every effort to make alternative arrangements.

13. It is a strict policy requirement that all members of your party have comprehensive travel insurance. Please consult your travel agent or insurance company. We may require a copy of your policy.

14. In order that we can improve our service we log traffic through our website. This information along with any correspondence between us and our clients has a guaranteed privacy policy.

15. Check In and Check Out: In order to help with a smooth handover arrival time is 14.00 hrs and departure 10.00 hrs.

16. A security deposit is required to cover damage and breakages. This will be refunded after departure minus any appropriate deductions. We reserve the right to charge for damage or breakages not reported and found after departure. The terms of payment and the amount may vary depending on the villa.

17. Payments made via bank transfer are subject to a surcharge of 25 GBP to cover international bank transfer fees. Credit card payments are subject to a 4% surcharge.
