Booking Procedure

1. Contact us with details of your requirements (ie. number of beds and your preferred dates)

2. One of our team will recommend some options and confirm availability and price.

3. Most villas can be rented for a minimum period of one week.

4. For part weeks thereafter the rate is calculated on a pro rata basis.

5. Where a rental period spans two pricing seasons the price prevailing for the majority of the week is the price that will be applied for the entire week.

6. A booking can only be confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit.

7. We will allow 7 working days from the date of your reservation for payment to reach us, after which we may release your reservation.

8. The full balance is due no later than 10 weeks prior to arrival at the property.

9. Bookings made within 10 weeks of arrival must be paid for in full.

10. On receipt of the full payment we will draw up a rental contract between the property owner and the lead tenant.

11. Cancellation charges:
      70 days prior to arrival - deposit only
      36-69 days prior to arrival - 50%
      35 days prior to arrival - 100%

Terms and Conditions

1. Luxury Goa Villas acts as an agent for property owners and tenants. We process all client enquires and administer the booking procedure.

2. It is a strict policy requirement that all members of your party have comprehensive travel insurance. Please consult your travel agent or insurance company. We may require a copy of your policy.

3. If the cancellation of a booking or any loss or damage arises due to force majeure such as acts of god, strikes, industrial actions, war, government actions etc or if there is any loss including erratic water and electricity supply or damages caused on account of the above we shall not be made liable.

4. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your reservation we shall make every effort to make alternative arrangements. If the alternative is not suitable to you we shall refund all monies paid.

5. In order that we can improve our service we log traffic through our website. This information along with any correspondence between us and our clients has a guaranteed privacy policy.

6. Check out and Arrivals: In order to help with a smooth handover arrival time is 14.00 hrs and departure 10.00 hrs.

7. A security deposit is required to cover damage and breakages. This will be refunded after departure minus any appropriate deductions. We reserve the right to charge for damage or breakages not reported and found after departure. The terms of payment and the amount may vary depending on the villa.

8. Payments made via bank transfer are subject to an addition charge of £20 to cover bank extraction charges. Payments made by credit card are subject to an additional charge of 3.5%.
